Tripe Soup often also called the soto babat, which many found in Indonesian. in shops or at home eating food desert. tripe soup too many in the favorite by Asian people, one of them Indonesian.
> Beef tripe soup seasoning ingredients:

> Procedure for Making Beef Tripe Soup:
- First input beef tripe in a pan (pressure cooker if any). Pour water, enter the bay leaves and lime leaves.
- Simmer over medium heat until the pot hisses. Cook for 30 minutes. (Pressure cooker), if you use a regular pot 1 hour
- Take tripe and cut into pieces the size 1x1x4 cm. Set aside.
- Then Heat oil in a pan, saute the ingredients are mashed, lime leaves, bay leaves, lemongrass, and scallions. Stir until fragrant
- Then Insert pieces of tripe, stir stir until fragrant.
- Input 1.5 liters of water, boil and cook until the flavors mingle.
