Slow Cooker BBQ Pulled Pork Roast

The easiest way to make a delicious main meal course is one that cooks in a slow cooker. You may also use this for making a delicious sandwich snack.


* 1 cup chopped celery
* 1 cup chopped onions
* 1 cup ketchup
* 1 cup barbecue sauce
* 1 cup water
* 2 tbsp vinegar
* 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
* 2 tbsp brown sugar
* 1 tsp chili powder
* 1 tsp salt
* 1/2 tsp pepper
* 1/2 tsp garlic powder
* 3 lbs boneless pork roast


  • Put all the ingredients into the slow cooker but not including the roast. Mix well before adding the roast into the pot.
  • Cook covered over high heat for about 7 hours. Take the roast off the pot and shred meat. Put the shredded meat back into the sauce.
  • Makes 12 servings.
