Sesame Chicken Recipe

Sesame chicken (also called Chinese sesame seed chicken) is a Chinese American dish commonly found in Chinese take-out and buffet restaurants in the United States and Chinese restaurants in Canada.


  • 750 grams (26.6 ounces) of chicken breast fillet, hit it until they’re flast
  • 6 clove of garlic, smash them
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • cooking oil to fry them

Dipping Sauce ingredients:

  • 100 grams (3.5 ounces) of flour
  • 3 tablespoon of rice flour
  • 2 eggs, whisked
  • 1 teaspoon of bicarbonate
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 3 tablespoon of sesame seeds
  • 150 cc water


  • cut the chicken 1×3 inches
  • coat them with mix of smashed garlic and salt. Set aside for 30 minutes
  • dip the chiken into the dipping sauce
  • fry them in hot oil until yellow. Take it out, and set aside
  • serve with tomato or chili sauce
