Sate Maranggi

Currently we are discussing the foods that are known to the world, that sate. Sate Maranggi often encountered at roadside stalls, Purwakarta typical food is quite famous in his town. Marinade made from soy sauce taste blend of sweet, sour, and spicy. and usually taste so fairly favored by the Indonesian community.

> Main Ingredients:

  • 300 grams of Beef
  • Fat taste of beef
  • Sweet Soy sauce to taste
  • Some papaya leaves
  • Taste skewers

> Seasoned mashed:

  • 6 pieces of garlic

  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar

> Materials sate Pickles:

> How to make sate maranggi:

  •  First puree by you all the seasoning ingredients. Then smeared into the beef evenly.
  •  Now you neat layout papaya leaves, then arrange the pieces of seasoned meat on top of papaya leaves before, wrap neatly. Allow 2 hours.
  • After 2 hours, then stick one by one before the puncture marinated meat sate (do not forget the fat pierced too)
  • Furthermore, this sate grilled over coals, basting alternating and soy sauce, bake until cooked.
