“Quick Scrambled Eggs ToBeat The Breakfast Rush”

This is what you need to know, when you wake up in the
morning and find out, that you should be in your office by now!

“Make scrambled eggs, eat and get to office”

I know it’s hard to think about having breakfast at such a
time, let alone cook it, and even if you think your boss will kill you if you
reach any later,

you must realize that
the money you will spend on breakfast in office, can buy you groceries for the
next two days ! Not to mention that you would also be taking the cab to work
because you’re so very late.

You’re cheaper, better, quicker option is scramble egg. To
put it simply, just break them on the pan and scramble them, that’s pretty much
it, but don’t worry we won’t leave it that bland, I will show you how to make
your scramble eggs taste creamy and delicious and cook real fast too.

All you need is

  • 2 raw eggs
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 3 tablespoon milk

Break two eggs in a saucepan, and add 3 tablespoon full cream milk
and two tablespoon butter in it.

On low flame start cooking it and gently mix it with a large spoon.

Mix it well so that the mixture begins to look

You will also notice that it starts to
turn yellow in color.

Continue to mix it, and keep cooking on low flame.

Note: continue to cook until the watery mixture becomes
viscous and starts to break into small, soft, tender chunks
of eggs like this

Only after the eggs are ready should we
add salt and pepper to it, otherwise the the eggs
will become watery instead of creamy in texture.

Congratulations our classic English scramble eggs are
ready, enjoy them with buttered toast and tea.

Alternatively you may also cut
round discs of raw tomato and fry them in oil(both sites) and serve them with
this delicious scrambled eggs recipe, and don’t forget to sprinkle some salt
and pepper over it before serving. Enjoy
