Protein Drink

 

Healthy Non Fat, Low Cholesterol and very low Sodium Protein Drink. Enjoy your vitamin c blended with a soft tofu, dark honey, vanilla, sliced oranges, banana and oj. Throw in a tbls. of wheat germ for more fiber (optional). Perfect for a fast breakfast when you are in a hurry yet want something to keep you moving until lunch time.

Ingredients:

8 0z serving for 2

  • 2 large peeled sliced oranges
  • 1/4 cup soft tofu
  • 1 cup plain non fat yogurt
  • 1 tsp dark honey
  • 2 cups 100 % orange juice with calcium
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 lrg banana
  • 1 tsp wheat germ (optional)

Preparation:

  • Place all ingredients in to a blender
  • Blend on grate first then high until blended smooth and frothy.
