- 2 large peeled sliced oranges
- 1/4 cup soft tofu
- 1 cup plain non fat yogurt
- 1 tsp dark honey
- 2 cups 100 % orange juice with calcium
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 lrg banana
- 1 tsp wheat germ (optional)
- Place all ingredients in to a blender
- Blend on grate first then high until blended smooth and frothy.
