Keema Kulcha

Keema Kulcha is a minced mutton stuffed bread. Being a stuffed kulcha variant, it is filled with juicy and tender mutton mince (keema) blended with spices. These kulchas are served with a spicy gravy.

Cooking Time- 45 mins

Servings- 5


For Kulcha

  • 3 Cups Maida
  • 100-150 gm Curd
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • Salt
  • Sugar
  • ¾ tbsp Baking Powder

For Stuffing

  • Oil
  • 1-2tbsp Soya Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
  • ½ Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
  • Green Chillies
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Paste
  • 1 Chopped onion
  • 200gm Chicken
  • Fresh coriander


  • Sieve flour with sugar, salt and baking soda. Make a soft  dough using curd.
  • Keep it aside for an hour.
  • Take a pan and heat oil to fry the onions and all the spices (Coriander Powder,Green Chillies, Ginger Paste).
  • Now add mutton mince to it and some water. Cook for 10-15 mins and allow it to cool.
  • Now make balls of dough and stuff each of it with mutton filling.
