The tangy flavorings of this sauce are an excellent complement to the grilled flavor of thick, juicy pork chops.
4 pork chops – thick cut
1 1/2 teaspoons sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon ginger – minced, optional
1/2 teaspoon garlic – minced
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
3 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
- Place all ingredients in a large re-sealable plastic bag.
- Close the bag tightly and swirl the marinade all around the chops to make sure they are completley covered.
- Place the bag in the refrigerator and let them marinate for 1/2 hour.
- Heat grill to medium.
- Grill chops for 8-10 minutes turning once until it reaches desired doneness.
