For the ingredients you’ll need:-

  • 1 medium size onion, shredded.
  • 2 big raw eggs
  • Some refined oil

Let’s begin:-

Heat some oil in a pan, and saute the shredded
onions until golden brown. Alternatively you can even add some green leaf
veggies in it, like spinach to enhance its flavor, but today we will just use
the onions.

Now extract the egg white from the raw eggs, by carefully breaking the eggs in a bowl and removing the yolks with a spoon.Then beat the whites in a large bowl to create lots of foam. For better results use an
electric blender.

Note: do not add anything in the egg whites
before beating them, otherwise you may not be able to get as much foam as you
should.

Now without the slightest delay pour the
egg white foam into the frying pan containing the sauteed onions, make sure to
evenly distribute as shown below

Cook on low heat for 3 to 4 minutes, and
check often to prevent it from sticking to the pan.Finally after 4 minutes gently fold the omelet in two to three
folds as shown below.
