For the ingredients:
- 2 big onions finely chopped
- 1 big tomato finely chopped
- Handful of coriander leaves
- 3 green chilies (optional)
- 200 grams rice (2cups)
- 4 large eggs
- 50 grams margarine or butter
- 1 table spoon finely chopped garlic
Heat some oil in a pan and Sauté 1 large finely chopped onions until golden brown.
Then add garlic and green chilies to it and, sauté till
garlic turns golden brown.
Add the cut tomatoes to the paste and saute until oil and
paste begin to separate, this may take a while.
Then finally add 4 beaten eggs to it and keep churning this
mixture on low heat until small chunks start to form, just like in scrambled

After preparing boiled rice, allow them to cool off.
Heat some oil in a large pan and Sauté 1 large onions until
golden brown.Then add the 50 grams of butter in it, and wait just enough for it
