Chilli Chicken

Chilli Chicken Recipe:

Chilli Chicken is a mouth watering easy to cook recipe and can be prepared both with gravy or dry as per your mood or taste. Green capsicum and boneless chicken is mainly used in this dish. It’s taste is sweet and tangy.

Recipe Servings : 3-4

Recipe Cooking Time: 45 mins

INGREDIENTS:

  • 350 gms Boneless Chicken
  • 1/2 cup corn flour
  • 1 tbsp Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tbsp Ginger paste
  • 1/2 tbsp Garlic paste
  • 1 Egg (partially beaten)
  • 2 cup Onions
  • Oil for frying
  • 1 tbsp Soya sauce
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • Green Chillies
  • Capsicum
  • Coriander leaves
  • Tomato Ketchup

METHOD

  • Take a bowl and mix corn flour, egg, salt, ginger and garlic paste. Now add chicken pieces in the batter and leave it for ½ an hour.
  • Take some oil into a pan and deep fry the chicken pieces till all chicken pieces are cooked.
  • Now take another pan and put 2 tbsp oil into it and add onions till they become golden brown in colour.
  • Now add capsicum, green chillies ,salt ,vinegar and soya sauce and stir for few minutes. Now add fried chicken and tomato ketchup to it.
  • Mix well and garnish with coriander leaves.Your chilli chicken is ready to serve.
