* 1/2 pound bacon
* 1 medium onion, chopped
* 2 stalks celery, chopped
* 1 quart chicken stock
* 2 avocados – peeled, pitted, and chopped
* 1/2 cup white wine
* 1 lime, juiced
* 1 cup heavy cream
* salt and pepper to taste
1. Fry the bacon in a skillet and drain off excess oil.
