Apple Ham Grilled Cheese Recipe

Americans love pork recipes that are made in perfect tandem with dairy products.  Tgis recipe is an ideal combination:  apple ham and grilled cheese.  Apple ham and grilled cheese is a healthy treat that you can serve to your family anytime you want to.

INGREDIENTS

* 4 slices ham, chopped
* 1 small apple – peeled, cored and finely chopped
* 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
* 2 slices Cheddar cheese
* 4 slices bread
* 2 tablespoons butter
* 2 eggs
* 4 tablespoons milk

DIRECTIONS

    • 1. Get a large bowl and mix ham, apple and mayonnaise in it.

 

    • 2.  Put butter in a skillet and melt it in medium heat.  Whisk together eggs and milk in a small bowl. Quickly dip both sides of the sandwich into the egg mixture. Fry sandwiches in pan for 1 to 2 minutes per side, or until golden brown.

 

    3.  Serve in a large platter and enjoy!
