Korean Salad Recipe

we have to say that Korean dishes have become very popular these days and for that we would like to bring you a new Korean recipe. It’s called Korean Salad. The dish have a strong sesame and garlic flavor added with fresh sliced pear and lettuce completed with saute beef on top. We hope you like this Korean Salad recipe.

Korean Salad

  • 5 lettuces
  • 300 grams (10.6 oz) of skinned pear fruit. then slice thin and long
  • 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • 150 (5.3 oz) grams of sukiyaki beef
  • 2 tablespoon of shoyu
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds for toppings


  • First let’s saute the garlic until they smell good
  • pour in the sliced sukiyaki beef, stir until they’re stiffens and change color
  • Add in the vegetable oil, sesame oil, shoyu, sugar and pepper all together to create the beef seasonings
  •  stir the beef until cooked and the seasonings are even. when done, set aside
  • arrange the lettuces and sliced pear on to the serving plate
  • pour in the saute beef
  • pour the sesame seed
  • ready to serve
